From the First Repair to the Next Upgrade

An air conditioner rarely needs the same thing twice. One year, it may be a worn part. The next, a tune-up. Eventually, the question becomes whether the system still makes sense to keep.

We handle that entire cooling cycle for Denver homeowners, including AC repair, maintenance and replacement. Whatever stage your system is in, we start with what the equipment and the house are telling us.

$70

Covers the trip and the diagnosis together, credited to the repair if you go ahead.

$180

An AC maintenance visit for non-members, booked before the season rather than during it.

10 + 5 years

New installations: 10 years covering parts and materials, 5 years covering labor.

5,280 ft

Denver's elevation. Thin air means a condenser rejects less heat per pass, so commissioning matters.

AC Maintenance and Tune-Ups

Seasonal maintenance helps catch wear before it becomes a summer breakdown. Non-member tune-ups are $180 and include testing the parts and performance points that affect how reliably the system runs.

Ductless Mini-Splits

Ductless systems are a practical option for additions, hard-to-cool rooms and homes without existing ductwork. We install and repair both single-zone and multi-zone mini-split systems.

How Cooling Pricing Works

Technician setting up a wall thermostat while a homeowner watches
  • A cooling visit starts with a $70 diagnostic, and if you move forward with the repair, that amount comes off the final invoice.
  • We price the work once we know what failed, what it takes to fix and whether anything around it needs attention.
  • Replacements work the same way: we visit the home first, account for the system size, ductwork and installation setup, then give you written options.
  • If you would rather spread out the cost, financing is available through FTL Finance.

Not sure which cooling service fits the problem? Tell us what your system is doing, and we will help you figure out the right next step before you book.

The Numbers Decide, Not the Sales Pitch

Repair It or Replace It

We are not going to talk you into a system you do not need. If a repair is the smarter spend, you will hear that. If it is not, you get both figures side by side and make the call yourself.

It Starts With How the Visit Is Handled

Why Denver Homeowners Keep Calling Havana Solutions

We look past the first failed part.

A bad capacitor may explain why the AC stopped, but it may not be the whole story. We check the parts around the failure too, so the recommendation reflects the condition of the system, not only the first thing that brought it down.

You see the options before you choose one.

We photograph what we find, explain the repair and replacement paths, and show you what each one means for cost and timing. You decide what makes sense, and nothing moves forward until you do.

The credentials matter when incentives are involved.

Havana Solutions is NATE and EPA 608 certified, insured, and registered with Xcel for qualifying cold-climate heat pump rebates. For eligible air-source heat pump incentives, using a registered contractor is part of the rebate process.

How a Cooling Visit Goes

  1. You call and describe it

The phone goes straight to the owner. Describe the symptom and roughly when it started. That usually places the fault and decides which parts ride out with the van.

  2. The diagnostic visit

The $70 buys the visit and the diagnosis. The whole system gets read and photographed, then sorted into what needs doing now and what can wait.

  3. You approve the price

The figure goes to you in writing, with the options next to each other. Nothing gets opened up until you have picked one.

  4. The work

Most repairs finish on the same visit. Installations get scheduled. Either way the system gets tested before we leave, so you see it running.

Air Conditioning Contractor FAQs

Havana Solutions (720) 659-2059
01How fast can you get to a cooling breakdown?

Same-day visits and emergency service are both available. Call early in the day and the odds of a same-day slot are better.

02Do you work on every AC brand?

Yes. We buy from every distributor rather than carrying one line, so what gets repaired or fitted suits the house.

03Do you handle installation as well as repair?

Both, plus maintenance and mini-splits. The same company that diagnoses the fault fits the replacement when it comes to that.

04How long does a cooling repair take?

Most finish on the same visit when the part is already on the van. A replacement gets scheduled separately rather than done on the spot.

05Is a new system covered by a warranty?

New installations come with 10 years covering parts and materials, and 5 years covering labor. Repairs carry shorter terms depending on the part.

06Do you install ductless mini-splits?

Yes. Mini-splits are the usual answer for a room the ductwork never reached, and for older homes with no ducts at all.

One Contractor for Every Cooling Job

Tell us the symptom and the age of the unit. You get a read on it before anyone drives out, a $70 diagnosis when they do, and a written number before any work starts. We cover Denver, Aurora and South Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and the wider metro.
