Air Quality Testing
Not sure what is wrong with the air in your home? Testing shows us what is in it, so the fix we recommend matches the problem instead of a guess.

In Denver, indoor air problems tend to follow the seasons. Colorado winter air is dry to begin with, and running the heat all day turns static shocks and dry skin into a daily routine. Summer can leave a basement damp and musty. All year, dust settles again a day after cleaning, and a clogged dryer vent turns every load into two cycles.
Havana Solutions offers air quality testing, filtration, air purification, humidity control, and duct, vent and dryer vent cleaning across the Denver metro. We find what is causing the problem first, then match the fix to your home and your heating and cooling system.
From air quality testing to dryer vent cleaning, all handled by the same local team.
Dry air in winter and damp basements in summer, each with its own fix.
Included for maintenance plan members, so filter changes stay on schedule.

Dust that keeps coming back usually means the air is not being filtered well enough. We install filtration and air purification systems that work with your existing heating and cooling system.
Explore Air Purification
Colorado winters pull moisture out of the air, and some basements hold too much of it in summer. A whole-home humidifier or dehumidifier keeps humidity comfortable in every room, not only the one with a portable unit.
Explore Humidity Control
Dust and debris build up inside ductwork over the years, and your system pushes them back into every room. We clean the ducts and vents so the air coming out of them is cleaner.
Explore Duct Cleaning
A clogged dryer vent makes every load take longer and traps lint where heat builds up. We clear the vent so your dryer dries in one cycle again and runs the way it should.

We Match the Fix to the Problem
Different indoor air problems call for different solutions. A filter, purifier, humidifier, dehumidifier or cleaning service each addresses a different type of issue. The goal is to match the equipment or service to what is happening in the home rather than add something you do not need.
| What you are noticing | What usually helps |
|---|---|
| Dust that returns quickly | Better filtration or an air purification system |
| Dry air, static and dry skin in winter | A whole-home humidifier |
| A damp or musty basement in summer | A dehumidifier |
| Dust blowing out of the vents | Duct and vent cleaning |
| Clothes taking longer to dry | Dryer vent cleaning |
| Rooms that feel stuffy or uneven | A ductwork and airflow check |
Answers Before Equipment
Dust, dry air, humidity and airflow complaints do not all need the same solution. We look at what is happening in the home before pointing you toward equipment or cleaning.
We explain what each recommendation is meant to address and where its limits are, so you can compare the choices without turning the visit into a product pitch.
Filters, ductwork, humidity, ventilation and airflow can all affect indoor air quality. We look at how those pieces work together before recommending what should change.
Call and describe what is bothering you, whether it is dry air, dust, a smell or uneven rooms, and when it started. We confirm a visit time that works for you.
We test the air and look at your filter, ductwork, humidity and current heating and cooling system. What we find gets photographed and explained.
You get each option with a written price, and work starts only after you approve.
We install the equipment or finish the cleaning, check that the system is running properly and walk you through what changed.
